The contract begins on the date stated in the contract and is concluded indefinitely.

For both virtual office and telephone service, it may be terminated in writing by both parties, subject to a one-month notice period at the end of the calendar month.

The "Web Account" service can be terminated until two months before the end of the contract term, otherwise the contract duration is automatically extended by one more year.

The contracting parties waive their right of termination in the first 6 months.

The client agrees to pay an advance payment of two gross monthly fees for the services "Virtual Office" and "Telephone Service" upon conclusion of the contract. When using the additional services "mail forwarding" and notification of the daily incoming mail, the advance payment increases by the gross monthly fee of the respective service. An activated call forwarding increases the advance payment by an additional gross monthly fee of the telephone service. The advance payment serves as a liability for outstanding invoices and will automatically be offset against the outstanding costs in case of late payment.
If the contract continues to be upheld despite default in payment, the advance payment consumed by the counter-clearing is to be deposited again by the client. At the end of the The advance payment, if the customer has fulfilled all his payment obligations, will be refunded.
An interest on the paid advance payment is expressly not agreed. The prepayment is due within 1 month after the end of the Contract to settle and transfer.

For a contract we need from the managing director or owner as follows:

- Name & address (including registration form)
- Personal ID
- Photos of the authorized persons
- Copy of business license, excerpt from the commercial register
- Company logo (if available) for the door sign and for our homepage
- Company profile, short description for our homepage

or credit card

Monday - Friday (weekdays) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Our office is closed on Public holidays and on December 24 and 31.
